What size group of people are your meeting rooms suitable for?

All of our meeting spaces are available for hourly rental and come furnished with all the tools you need to make your meeting run successfully, like flipcharts and whiteboards. Our staff will be there to welcome your visitors, make sure you have everything you need, and arrange your room just how you want it. High-speed internet, conference phone equipment, and projectors and screens are available upon request in each of our rooms.

Do you offer any meeting support?

When you make your booking, you can choose to add tea and coffee for your meeting and any presentation or videoconferencing equipment you need. We can also arrange catering for you—just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you need any technical support, we can arrange for our on-site team to help you set up AV equipment and any printing, scanning, or admin services you might need.

Do you offer custom room arrangement?

We provide customizable rooms, so you may set up your workspace to meet your needs as a business. We will be pleased to assist you if you have any specific requests; just let us know when you make your reservation or get in touch with the on-site staff ahead of time.

Do you serve drinks?

If you reserve tea and coffee, we can make sure your guests are refreshed with food or drinks. If you notify us at least 24 hours before to your meeting, our on-site staff can also set up catering to your specifications.

What if we need more time?

You can use the conference space for as long as you'd like on that day if no other reservations come in after you. We'll adjust the checkout time and price.

What time can meeting participents arrive?

Up to thirty minutes prior to the start of the meeting room reservation, you are welcome to wait in the reception area. If there are no other reservations, you might be able to access the room before the time you have reserved—just check with the front desk staff at your preferred workspace.
